For centuries, Kraków has captivated visitors with its artistic soul. History, art, and culture can be found here at every turn. Art Queen is located in the very heart of this unique city, drawing inspiration from its creative spirit and unmistakable atmosphere.

Historic building

Art Queen is located in a historic Kraków townhouse that has long been part of the city’s unique atmosphere. During the renovation, it was important for us to preserve its original character, details, and the spirit that had shaped this place over the years. That is why the restoration was carried out under the supervision of a heritage conservation specialist, with great respect for the building’s history. Today, historic Kraków architecture meets art, light, and contemporary design, creating a space with a truly distinctive atmosphere.

Art reimagined

The Art Queen rooms feature a total of five original posters inspired by art from the turn of the 20th century. Among them, you can find reinterpretations of Władysław Skoczylas’s "IV BAL" and Teodor Axentowicz’s 1898 "Sztuka" (Art), both created using modern MOTION + BLUR and GLASS REFLECTION + BLUR techniques. Through these designs, we wanted to blend historical art with a modern form, creating a contemporary story about the artistic spirit of Kraków.
