§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Website available at the following URL: http://artqueenaparthotel.wa.profitroom.com
2. and is effective from 10.05.2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   • performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   • handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   • handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   • storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   • sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   • monitoring and improving the quality of services provided - requesting completion of surveys or answers to questions regarding the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   • displaying personalised commercial information on social media platforms (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, however necessary to use the services. In the case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the consent granted.
3. If the data subject has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, however after this period information regarding who and when gave consent and for what purpose may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for the period justified by the purpose of processing (e.g. performance of a contract, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The retention period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or where data retention is required by tax regulations.

5. Each data subject has the right to access personal data, rectify, delete or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6. Transaction data, including personal data, is transferred directly by the user to the payment service provider.
7. Visitors to the Website may complete a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or telephone number for automatic contact purposes.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to advertising campaigns conducted by Us on social media platforms targeted on the basis of their e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software development companies and IT system maintenance providers with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include provisions regarding data processing and confidentiality. Such data is not disclosed and none of these companies has the right to process the data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessed by such companies, may only be processed for the purpose of proper service provision.

1. Cookies are transferred to web browsers and then stored in device memory and read by the server each time a connection is made to the Website.
