§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://queenhotele.pl/goldenqueen
    and has been in effect since 15.08.2019.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – asking to complete a survey or answer a few questions concerning the quality of provided services (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If the person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 point a GDPR), data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, however, after this period, information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility to establish, pursue, or defend claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every person whose data are processed has the right of access to personal data, to correct, delete or limit their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
  6. Transactional data, including personal data, are transferred directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or phone number which is the basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of programming companies and maintain IT systems with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules for data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data otherwise than specified in the contract. Your data, if the company has access to them, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service provision.
