§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

   and applies from 15.08.2019.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting to complete a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is given voluntarily by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of the consent granted.

If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to queries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax regulations.

7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number, which is the basis for automatic contact.
8. Visitors to the Website may consent to targeted advertising campaigns conducted by Us on social networks based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and maintain teleinformatics systems, with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not shared, and none of these companies are authorized to process the data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for proper service delivery purposes.
