Urban garden, a place of relaxation, a historical route
Planty Park surrounding the Old Town is a remarkable urban park with a total area of over 20 square kilometers, stretching for 4 kilometers. It is an interesting route to explore the city, allowing you to reach such monuments as the Barbican, the Florian Gate, the Church of the Holy Cross and Wawel Castle, among others, via the park avenue. The park is divided into eight gardens: Wawel Castle, University, Art Palace, Florianka, Barbican, the Railway Station, Gródek, and Stradom.
